Andrea Williams was an area manager for a prestigious retail fashion chain. Her role included improving sales, resolving staff issues, liaising with contractors, project managing shop fits and ensuring that promotions were successful.
" I had a staff of hundreds, a budget of millions and I loved my job," says Andrea. "But I had no time for home life or even sending a parcel or paying in a cheque in my lunch hour.
